1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms govern your use of SoftDocs at ke.softdocs.org. Review your selected package, total price, CV details, and email before you confirm payment. By confirming payment, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description

SoftDocs provides self-service CV formatting and optional AI-assisted rewriting, cover-letter, and LinkedIn guidance. The deliverables shown in the selected package form part of your order. AI output may contain mistakes, so you must review facts, dates, contact details, and claims before submitting a document to an employer.

3. Payment and Refunds

Prices are shown in Kenya shillings before checkout and payments are processed by Paystack. We do not add an undisclosed SoftDocs fee at payment. A completed digital order is generally non-refundable once the promised files have been generated and made available. If payment succeeds but we cannot deliver the purchased files after a reasonable recovery or support attempt, contact us for regeneration or an appropriate refund. This does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

4. Recovery and Availability

Keep your Paystack reference private. Generated files are available for short-term redownload for up to 24 hours. A failed generation may be retried with the same reference during the secure recovery window. The paid CV Refresh feature is available on an eligible original order for the period displayed at purchase; it requires the original reference and updated CV data.

5. Your Responsibilities

You must provide information you are entitled to use, including any referee details; avoid unlawful, misleading, or harmful content; and review generated output for accuracy. You retain ownership of your CV content and give SoftDocs and its service providers a limited licence to process it only to operate, secure, and support the service.

6. Employment Outcomes

SoftDocs does not act as a recruiter and cannot guarantee an ATS score, interview, job offer, or other employment outcome. Hiring decisions depend on employers and factors outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

7. Changes and Governing Law

We may update these terms prospectively and will change the date above when we do. The version accepted when you place an order governs that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, subject to any mandatory rights that apply where you live.
